Consuelo C. Bova, P.A., takes a distinctly personable and convenient approach to providing high quality and efficient professional services to our clients. Though each case is unique, our process is typically as follows:

1) Call us!:   Call us to make a no obligation appointment at a time and place convenient to you. We offer on-site appointments at your place of business, home, or other convenient location. Also, evening and weekend appointments may be scheduled if necessary to meet your needs. Please feel free to ask us about fees for services- while we cannot give you a specific quote, we can provide you with a price range for typical plans and our hourly rate.

2) Our First Meeting:   This will be a short, 15-30 minute, no obligation consultation at a location and time convenient to you.  At this appointment, we will simply get to know each other- including an opportunity to learn about what it will be like to work with our firm, our experience and qualifications, and whether we are compatible.  There is no charge for this interview period.

3) Your Case: Great!  You've decided to hire our firm and we have decided to represent you.  At this stage, we will get into the details of your case.  This will also include some basic "housekeeping"- including signing any forms necessary to begin our working relationship.  This is also the stage at which billing begins, but not to worry- because of our emphasis on convenience, we do accept all major credit cards. If we decide to begin discussing your specific case or matters of law at the initial meeting, after the no obligation interview, the attorney will bill for that portion of the time at her usual, hourly rate.

4) Research:  The attorney uses the information collected at our meeting to research and develop a final plan for your case.

5) Meeting:  If necessary, we will meet to discuss your specific plan and confirm your agreement with the discussed course of action.

6) Lastly, your documents will be drafted and made available to you.  If applicable, we may need to meet in the presence of a notary to sign any documents.   Also, we are on top of any changes to the law which may affect our clients.  Therefore, we may contact you again down the road if changes to the law require some alteration of your plans.
